HOME LEARNING - ACCESS TO SCHOOL SYSTEMS
As we are all aware, we are entering into unknown territory as a country and as a school our management of the virus and its containment is key. In response to the everchanging situation with Coronavirus, Ercall Wood Academy is currently putting remote learning procedures in place to support our pupils should we have a partial or full closure of the school.
In the event of a partial or full school closure, subject specific ‘Home Learning’ materials will be set by teachers on Show My Homework software (SMHW) for pupils to access from home. All pupils have been trained how to use the software and they will be able to download the tasks and complete their Home Learning. Pupils can then upload their completed work onto Show My Homework for teachers to access and check.
